Refund Policy

At Khawla Academy, we are committed to your satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both the student and the academy:

• Eligibility for Refund: Refund requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of a course or service.

• Partial Refunds & Services Rendered: Once a service has commenced (e.g., a Placement Test has been taken or the first session attended), the value of the completed work and administrative fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.

• Cancellations by the Academy: If a course or session is canceled by Khawla Academy, students will receive a 100% refund of the fees paid for that specific service.

• Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days via the original payment method (PayPal, Paysera, or bank transfer).

• Digital Products: Some downloadable digital resources may be non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
