- Punctuality: Please log in to the virtual session 5 minutes early to check your connection and start on time.
- Cancellation Policy: Any request to reschedule or cancel must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the session will be charged and will not be rescheduled.
- Unannounced Absence: Students are considered absent after a 15-minute delay without prior notice. The instructor reserves the right to end the session without obligation to offer a make-up session.
- Learning Environment: Students are expected to have a stable internet connection, a quiet environment, and to use their webcam to optimize the learning experience.
- Package Validity: Sessions included in packages have a limited validity period (e.g., 3 months). They must be completed within this period to ensure progress.
- Mutual Respect: The academy is based on a supportive environment. Respectful and professional behavior is required in all interactions with the teacher and other learners.
